Week Beginning 4th May

Hello everyone!

How are you all?

This week we are thinking about jungle animals.

Here is a song about jungle animals to sing along to...

Mrs Twist has had a go at making some instruments at home. Here is a video showing you how to make a shaker.

There is a really fun game that you can play next. There is a link to this attached at the bottom, you have to guess the animals from the clues. See if you can do this with your family. How many animals can you guess?

Here is a song all about the animals from the 'Dear Zoo' story'. Which animal did they keep?

I wonder if you have any animals toys or teddies at your house. Why don't you see if you can draw or paint a picture of any of them? You could line them up and count them too. How many can you count?

Don't forget that you can send photos or videos of any work you are doing at home to our school gmail account. The address is

snaith.primary2020@gmail.com

We would love to see your photos - just ask your put 'Nursery Fun' as the subject for the email.

Attached at the bottom are some jungle colouring sheets and some animal masks. You could make your own 'Jungle' Den with blankets and use the masks for the animals. You could also colour in or draw some animals, and put them around your house and garden, and go on a 'Safari'.

Auntie Mabel went to the zoo to find out all about frogs. Here is how she got on...

Did you know that there is a special day on Friday called VE day. It's a celebration of the day a big war ended.

There may be some things happening in your street for this. At the bottom of the page there are two attachments for you, if you wanted to make a flag to wave and some bunting to decorate your house with.

We hope you all have a lovely week

We miss you all and can't wait to see you soon.

Love from all the Nursery Team
