Staying Safe Online

Staying Safe Online

The internet is an incredible tool that has become an active part of our lives. When we are online, it is important that we all stay safe and use the internet effectively and responsibly.

The 'UK safe Internet Centre' provides fantastic e-safety tips, advice and resources to help young people, parents and carers stay safe online.

The 'UK safe Internet Centre' also coordinates 'Safer Internet Day'.  This event is celebrated globally in February each year to promote the safe and positive use of digital technology for children and young people and inspire a national conversation. Click here to find out more...

The 'nspcc' have teamed up with O2 to help keep children safe when they're using the internet, social networks, apps, games and more. This is a great webiste that provides parents advice regarding talking to their child about online safety.

Here are several other superb websites that are packed with advice, tips, videos and animations to help us all stay safe online. Follow the links below and explore.

Often websites have a CEOP REPORT button. This button allows children to report any suspicious or inappropriate online behaviour to the ceop police.

If you have any concerns regarding online safety or cyber-bullying, please call school or pop in to see Mr Constantine. I will be happy to help.
