Next week children will take part in a theme week, called ‘What does it mean to Belong?’ Children will have exciting opportunities to learn about different faiths as well as addressing many issues of the ‘British Values Agenda’ relating to tolerance and respect. As part of this week, the following activities will be taking place. Monday 11th: All reception and KS1 will be going to Snaith Priory to take part in a mock Christian Christening with Rev Eleanor Roberts, followed by a Christening party!
On Thursday 14th: We are hosting a visitor from the Sikh community. All children across school will be taking part in a wide range of art, RE, Maths, and English activities, whilst being encouraged to respect and have an awareness of other religions.
